requires a cash fee of $55.00. There is no waiting period
and no blood test is required. If you are 18 years of age or
older, you will need identification in the form of a
driver's license, certified copy of your birth certificate,
your passport, or military ID. If you are 16 or 17 years of
age, parental consent is required by having a parent present
with you. The Bride and Groom are required to have original
birth certificates, and the parents must have ID. For more
